Their devotion and insightful approach really helped me clear most of my self-doubts on living a life with yogic idea, also helped me ascend to higher conscious level through the experience of yoga practice in this class. As I am a total beginner, I'm not in the position of judging though - but what helped me the most in the last two lessons of this class "Union Hatha Yoga" was the significant level of their insight and care. And great thing is that their devotion (professionalism) is not the certain type that humiliates you nor makes you feel that it's not possible to achieve. Also this is not a class to provide you a cheap and badly commercialised fun. In the class, I felt that they are with you in unity, and I became more available to what I received in the class. - like I received a tailormade organic cloth, that fits me well and makes me feel that I can actually aim for the level of living a life in which I'd be more in unity with people and nature. Together they taught me Surya Shakti in a very easy and passionate way, I easily learned the different steps and felt ready to start my own practice from the very next day. Isha hatha yoga is one of a kind, it impacts me in every way. Surya Shakti which I learned is very physical and immedicately I have been feeling more grounded, feeling muscles being built in my legs and arms and know that if i continue this practice it will have a profound effect on my physical and mental health. Their presence made everything happen with such ease, and their attention to each of us as participants offered the appropriate adaptations to the practice to make our experience as fruitful as possible. Their support has continued throughout and weeks later they are still available for any questions and guidance I need. They are real life yogis who live the life that they preach. If I were to say that they are great teachers it would be an understatement because they don’t simply teach you Yogasana, they transmit yoga into you. I feel that being in their presence has transformed my life. I now not only practice Yogasana everyday but also try to emulate their behaviour and try to be like them. I have been very lucky to have attended the hatha yoga classes. Since I have taken the class I remind myself of the mistakes that were put forth by the teachers while doing my practise and it helps me in correcting the different postures.
